***All you Shredders sing it with me now (to the tune of The Twelve Days of Christmas)…
Onnn the 12th day of shredding, Jillian gave to me…
20 minute work-outs,
lots of muscles aching,
a trainer for beginners,
another one for show-offs,
are these trainers mothers?
their abs make me jealous,
I don’t have a six-pack,
except for Diet Coke,
it’s gonna’ take some patience,
five pound weights for lifting,
double jump rope, seriously?
failed attempts at push-ups,
several children laughing,
some were even mocking,
even while I panted,
and also when my heart raced,
level two is harder,
level three you scare me,
why does Jillian tease me?
I wanna’ “phone it in”,
the big four-OH is coming,
so I’ll keep on pushing,
I hope the torture pays off,
stomach slowly firming,
when it’s finally over,
a body that is shredded,
if I’m not fab by 40,
I’ll give away this workout…
and then I’ll hunt down Jillian…
and shred her shredded body like shredded cheese!

***Don’t you just LOVE my exercise avatar? She makes me smile… I could’ve posted one sentence and added her in all her lovliness and the blogging world would marvel.
Well blogging world, if you, too, would like lovely avatars (watch for my cooking avatar), email me or Ginger.

This is So funny! Your avatar is just great–funny thing is it looks like you’re praying while exercising…maybe you are: “Please Lord, let this be over soon! And let it shred the pounds!”
I have to admit, I LOVE the avatars! You have such hipness, such coolness! And such hilariousness… (not a word, I know, but you do!)
