His protection (Cammie’s car accident)

Psalm 91:11

For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. 

Cammie and Trey were in a car accident yesterday.  They were on their way to Nana and Poppy’s.  Cammie’s car was the fourth car in the accident.  The airbags deployed.  Cammie has a mark across her chest from the seatbelt and a cut on her leg.  Trey is very sore.  Other than that, they are fine.

I spoke with a nurse on call yesterday after the accident.  She said Cammie did not need to go to the E.R. unless she had abdominal pain and/or bleeding.  We will call the doctor’s office first thing in the morning to see if she can get in just for peace of mind. 

No one was ticketed.  Oddly enough, no one knew what happened.  Cammie’s car is likely totalled.  She is scheduled to start summer courses at the end of this month.  This could be challenging, though she should have a rental for at least a couple of weeks.

I’m so grateful that the injuries were minor.  I’m especially thankful for His emergency plan—Pslam 91:11.

Please be in prayer for them.  Specifically, that she will get in for an appointment tomorow and receive a good report on the baby, and also for a smooth insurance claim.
