Consider this the first of several posts from our trip to Fort Jackson.  The stories, the laughter, the tears… too many too share in one post.

We were so amazed by the Soldiers’ surprise entrance through the smoke screen.  We had no idea they were in the woods.  They remained out of sight as we watched a demonstration of some of the Soldiers taking out the enemy.  Before they made their entrance, Sophie would point to some of the female Soldiers who were either on the platform, or in the field for the demonstration and say, “OHHH, there’s Cammie!”
Words cannot describe how wonderful it was to see Cammie.

We were so blessed to have Nana and Poppy travel with us.  But we sure missed the Joedaddy.  I have stories to share… and pics, pics, pics…

So stay tuned…
